I'm sure this is true for many people. Personally, I mostly use FB to stay in touch with the friends I have who live really far away from me, and whom I will rarely, if ever, get the chance to spend time with in person.

Of course, I'm not a very good Facebooker - I only have 49 friends . . . but in my defense, I actually KNOW all 49 of them!

And the pictures I post mostly don't even HAVE people in them, so I'm not sure what THAT says about me.

"I only have 49 friends," "I only have 49 beers a day." Sounds like denial talking, sister.

Yeah, right! - take a poll of all your other readers and see how my friend numbers stack up. Bet you'll discover I'm "low-key".

Seriously, I ought to be low-key in SOME area. Cut me some slack!!

P.S. I couldn't drink 49 beers a day even when I was in university!
