Archer Daniels Midland is advertising to hire an internal communications senior writer to be “responsible for writing and editing global internal communications to build understanding of and alignment with ADM’s strategy to build a culture of high-performance and engagement.”
Oh, is that all?

I worked in Decatur as a reporter for the Decatur Herald & Review.
Not having to live there again would be attractive, but not realistic for someone who would need to be in touch with executives through front-line employees.
Unless they don't care whether the person responsible for writing to foster engagement is engaged himself/herself within the culture.
