Yeah, well sweetheart, I need someone who makes my happiness/job security/unruly hair his/her personal research mission, but I'm not holding my breath. My advice is an echo from an 8-year-old: "Sometimes you just need to take a nap and get over it."

I'm guessing under 30, David. This will make me even more unpopular among your blog readers than I already am, but that was the generation that was raised to believe the world revolves around them. Actually, having said that, I have some FB friends in their 40s who also could have written that status update.

This particular person is about 39, give or take a year. I reckon someone from the WWII Generation could also have written this; but it would have to be someone like Zsa Zsa Gabor.

"crummy physical energy"--seriously??? Who doesn't? I should send this idiot photos of my paraplegic brother strapping his legs together on the snow machine so he can go out and enjoy life. Maybe it'd alter her perspective of what the world owes her.
