All human beings want to do meaningful work and contribute to a meaningful cause and be part of a community of other people who feel the same way. The kids today will stop being coddled brats to the extent that their elders—you and I—stop being the "plastics" guy ... ... and start giving whatever we've got to young people who believe in meaningful work.
