Rare is the leader who is willing to be that vulnerable. The system is set up not only to not reward that kind of behavior by leaders, but to reward the opposite.

True dat. But there are ways to do it, Robert, even in the context of the system.

I'm working on a demonstration ... for my next "Speechwriting Jam Session," to show how leaders--including CEOs--have done it.

It always takes courage, of course. But it almost always pays off, too.
